BEACHES
There are approximately 70 registered beaches in the municipality of Herceg Novi, stretching from Njivice to the Cape Mačak on the Luštica Peninsula. Even though Herceg
Novi does not possess extraordinarily attractive natural beaches, in recent years there have been efforts in terms of their upgrading and equipping, which is a significant quality step in what the city has to offer.
“NJIVICE” BEACH – “QUEEN’S BEACH”
A public beach located in Njivice, which is 4 km away from Herceg Novi. The beach covers an area of 21,600 m2 and represents a combination
of rocks, sand and concrete. It is known as the beach of hotel “RIVIERA”. Fully equipped (water, electricity, restrooms, showers, parking, catering).
"BLATNA PLAŽA"
A public beach located in Igalo, it is the largest on the territory of our muncipality, covering an area of 9,000 m2. It is made of healing sand, i.e. mud. Inadequately
equipped.
CENTER “IGALO” BEACH
A public, concrete beach, 150 m long, covering an area of 2,500 m2. Fully equipped.
HOTEL “IGALO” BEACH
A hotel, concrete beach covering an area of 3,500 m2. Fully equipped.
"RAFFAELLO" BEACH
One of the most attractive public beaches and recently one of the two best voted beaches in the municipality according to tourists’ surveys. It is a sandy beach covering an area of 3,000 m2. Fully equipped.
"MILAŠINOVIĆ" BEACH
A public beach, located on Topla, near the tennis courts. It is sandy and it covers an area of 1,500 m2. Partially equipped.

“AT THE TUNEL” BEACH
A public beach, recently named MONTENEGRINO, and formerly known as LOVĆEN. A combination
of sand and pebbles, covering an area of 450 m2. Partially equipped.
"YACHTING CLUB" BEACH
A public beach, a combination
of concrete and sand. Incorporated
are: a restaurant, a pizzeria, scooters, scuba diving school, bicycles, etc. Near to the city marina. In recent years, it has been voted the best beach in the municipality according to tourists’ surveys. Fully equipped.
"BIJELA VILA" BEACH
A public, concrete beach (former main city beach – former hotel “Boka” beach), covering an area of 1, 000 m2. Located in the city marina. Adequately equipped.
"ŽALO" BEACH
A public beach with medium fine sand and pebbles, covering an area of 2,400 m2. Located in the city marina,
under the Forte Mare Fortress. Adequately equipped.
HOTEL "PLAŽA" BEACH
A hotel, concrete beach, covering an area of 3,600 m2. Bar incorporated. Fully equipped.
"ĆOROVIĆ" BEACH
A public, sandy beach, covering an area of 2,500 m2. Fully equipped.
"FENIX MONTENEGRO" BEACH
Located in Meljine, a combination of concrete and sand, covering an area of 1300 m2. Fully equipped.
HOTEL "RR" BEACH
A hotel, concrete beach, 40 m long, covering an area of 400 m2. Located in Meljine. Fully equipped.
"ZMIJICE" BEACH
A public beach, 150 m long, covering an area of 1,200 m2. Medium fine sand. Fully equipped. Located
in Zelenika.
"MILANOVIĆ" BEACH
A public, concrete beach, 35 m long, covering an area of 140 m2, located in Kumbor. Fully equipped.
ĐENOVIĆI TOWN BEACH
A public, concrete beach, 270 m long, covering an area of 1,210 m2. Fully equipped.
"AZZURO" BEACH
A hotel and public beach, located in Bijela, a combination of concrete and sand, covering an area of 480 m2. Fully equipped.
KAMENARI TOWN BEACH
A public, concrete beach, 70 m long, covering an area of 200 m2. Not equipped.
"ŽANJIC" BEACH
a public beach located in the Žanjice Cove, it is a combination of pebbles, sand and concrete, covering
an area of 5,550 m2. It is the most popular outing spot. Inadequately equipped.
"PORTO" BEACH
Located in the Zanjic Cove at the Lustica Peninsula. The beach offers both sand and pebble and bears the BLUE FLAG.
"PIRAT" BEACH
A public, concrete beach on several levels, 40 m long, covering an area of 700 m2. Fully equipped.
"MIRIŠTE" BEACH
A public beach located in the Mirište Cove, next to Cape Arza, it a combination of concrete and sand, covering an area of 2,000 m2. Fully equipped. There is a restaurant and several bars.
"DOBREČ" BEACH
Located on the Luštica Peninsula, made of sand and pebbles, ideal for outings. It is 70 m long and covers an area of 600 m2. Not equipped.
